Postage and Packaging within the UK is FREE! All orders will be posted 2nd class post free of charge.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you have provided when the order was placed (you are able to supply different billing and delivery addresses). Please provide a correct email address when placing the order so that Which Crafts can notify you of any problems and keep you up to date with your order progress.
Please use the Contact us page before returning item/s in order for us to authorise the return and issue you with a returns number. Please provide the following details:
- You order number and full name.
- Item/s you wish to return.
- The reason for return of item/s. (damaged, received wrong item/size, etc).
- Inform us whether you would like a refund or replacement (if available).
When you have done the above you will receive an email from Which Crafts detailing the return of the item and how we will handle it.
Once Which Crafts has received the returned item/s, you will receive an email regarding the progress of your refund or replacment.
If a replacement is necessary due to an error on our part, we will re-post it to you at no additional cost. If the item to be replaced is not due to our error, we will charge you for the postage costs.
If you request a refund and the return of the item is as agreed, Which Crafts will refund through Paypal within 14 days of receiving your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or damaged good received. We cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, you must contact the post office.

Pictures on our website are for guidance only and whilst we make an effort to be as accurate as possible, colours and images may vary.
Before you order from our shop, please read the following terms and conditions, as your use of the online shop indicates that you have understood and agreed to them.
Nothing in this online shop should be interpreted as a legal contract or agreement. Simply stated, you are saying "I would like to buy these things if possible." We are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." However, there are a number of things that could stop this from happening, including but not limited to:
- Out of Stock items. Please contact us first if your total order is dependent on one or more of the items being available.
- Technical difficulties with receiving or processing your order. Please make sure we have the correct contact details for you in the event of a problem.
- Problems with your payment. We will take legal steps to recover monies owed and expenses incurred in doing so.
- When using discount codes/vouchers please note that they do not apply to items that are already discounted.
- Mistakes. If we make a mistake you must contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to rectify this before cancelling payments.

Back Orders: We do not back order out of stock items, please reorder at a later date.
